    We implement creative curriculum with developmentally age appropriate curriculum for infants and toddler.
  • What is the background check process for all staff at Sprouts Town child care centers?
    Sprouts Town conducts comprehensive background checks on all prospective employees and subs. In Washington, DC, OSSE (Office of the State Superintendent of Education) requires background checks for employees of licensed child care facilities. Fingerprints and Child protection register and other related background checks.
  • Do Sprouts Town Development Center follow state/local requirements for masking and vaccinations?
    We follow all OSSE and DCPS protocol and guidelines.
  • Are child care staff at Sprouts Town trained in CPR and First Aid?
    All Sprouts Town staff are trained and receive ongoing training, including CPR/First Aid and Universal Precautions. You can feel confident that your child is healthy, safe, and thriving while in our care. Sprouts Townfamilies use the BrightWheel app daily to get photos, updates on care, learning, and milestones, and to stay up-to-date on important notifications.
  • How much does child care in Washington, DC cost?
    Child care tuition is dependent upon your child’s age, developmental level. To get a customized tuition quote for Sprouts Town, please contact us or schedule a vist. Our center staff can talk through your family's needs to help calculate what tuition would look like for you.
  • Do you accept Child Care Subsidy/ Voucher Program
    Currently, we only accept private pay.
  • Does Sprouts Town have infant care?
    Yes. Both of our locations offer infant care programs for children starting at 6-weeks old. We're happy to schedule a safe, personalized visit for expectant parents who would like to learn about why Sprouts Townin is a great place for babies.
  • Does Sprouts Town have a toddler program?
    Yes. Both of our locations offer toddler programs for children to start to explore independence, language and social skills. We're happy to schedule a safe, personalized visit for parents who would like to find out what toddlers learn our childcare programs.
